Roger Denny is head of M&A, Asia.  In the last decade, many of the deals he has acted on or contributed to have received awards such as M&A Deal of the Year and Asia's M&A Law Firm of the year (in seven out of the last 11 years) as Asia’s M&A Law Firm of the Year.  Roger also advises investment banks and companies on equity securities offerings.
