Experience and career history
Matthias Feldmann has extensive experience advising on investment funds, financial services law and private equity investments. Matthias advised on the establishment of some of the largest private equity and real estate funds, hedge funds and ETFs in Asia. He advises banks and fund managers on licensing and other regulatory matters including various fund joint ventures, seed capital investments, fund manager acquisitions and foreign direct investments.
