Bert advised:
- the lenders on the USD 875,000,000 borrowing base facility to metals solutions group Traxys to finance the group's worldwide inventories and working capital;
- Vestas in connection with the supply, installation and commissioning of 72 V112-3.0 MW wind turbines, along with a 15-year service and maintenance agreement for the 216MW offshore wind farm on the Bank Zonder Naam off the Belgian coast;
- Citibank on the USD 670,000,000 facility and the USD 400,000,000 9.75% Second Lien Secured Notes due 2020 in connection with the acquisition by Apollo of global chemicals group Taminco;
- the European Investment Bank on bankability of DBFM structures and documentation used in Belgian projects market in the context of the "EU 2020 Project Bond Initiative".
