Transactions advised on include a number of large and high profile transactions across asset classes including the US$9.8 billion Rabigh project financing in Saudi Arabia (first Islamic project financing in Saudi Arabia), the US$3.5 billion sukuk-al-musharaka for DP World (issued for financing the acquisition of P&O) and the US$2.5 billion financing for the purchase of Chelsea Barracks in the UK from the Ministry of Defence.
