Experience and career history
Mohammed Al-Jadaan is the managing partner of the firm and oversees the firm’s practice in projects, finance, capital markets and corporate, with a particular focus on the structuring phase of transactions. He also works closely to support the Islamic finance market in Saudi Arabia and in the region and has led the firm in advising on many landmark transactions across different practice areas including the issuance of Islamic Sukuk for Saudi Basic Industries Corporation (SABIC) and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC). Mohammed was involved at various levels in advising international investment banks on various regulatory and structuring issues.
