Experience and career history
Khalid Al-Abdulkareem is a highly regarded Corporate / Commercial Partner, and has extensive experience in advising multinationals, major Saudi Arabian corporates, and government departments in Saudi Arabia, in connection with restructurings, privatisations, mergers and acquisitions, securitisations, capital markets law and foreign direct investment.
Khalid has advised the Ministry of Water & Electricity in relation to the privatisation of certain assets in the water sector in Saudi Arabia and has advised on alternative structures for the strategic transformation of the sector. Khalid also advises international banks such as UBS, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and others on various capital market regulatory issues.
