Abdullah Al-Hashim, Head of the Corporate & Equity Capital Markets Group, has advised on many pioneering and complex matters in Saudi Arabia, including the first book building IPO (Saudi Vitrified Clay Pipe Company), the privatisation of the catering and cargo divisions of Saudi Arabian Airlines Corporation, the acquisition by Morgan Stanley of a majority stake in The Capital Group and some of the largest IPOs and rights issue in Saudi Arabia including Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Company, Methanol Chemical Company, and Saudi International Petrochemical Company (“Sipchem”).
