Victoria Manthas advises on single property and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and mortgage, mezzanine and construction lending transactions. She represents major financial institutions, real estate opportunity funds, institutional investors and sophisticated developers in a wide variety of real estate transactions that involve office, multi-family, mixed-use, shopping centre and hospitality properties, including single property and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, leasing matters, and mortgage, mezzanine and construction lending transactions.
Victoria joined the Firm's New York office upon graduation and was based in its Frankfurt, Germany office from 2007-2009 as a member of its Asset and Project Finance Team.
