James Miller
Experience and career history
James Miller focuses on complex regulatory and private litigation, class actions, investigations, and limited partnership disputes.
James has extensive experience representing corporations and individuals in securities, accounting fraud, tax, antitrust, on-line gaming, and False Claims Act matters. His representations include defending a major financial institution in the Enron matters, underwriters of mortgage-backed securities, CFOs in accounting fraud investigations and cases, and a financial institution in the yield-burning and tax shelter matters.
James has also represented a chemical company in cartel investigations and cases in the US, EU, and Canada, and a major pharmaceutical manufacturer in class actions and cases brought by the FTC and state Attorneys General.
