Experience and career history

Angela Nobthai has experience in corporate and commercial law involving M&A, joint venture, takeovers, due diligence, and bond issuances both inside and outside Thailand.

Angela represents various clients in corporate restructurings both for public and private limited companies. In addition, she advises local and foreign clients on Thai law applying to all aspects of corporate and general commercial transactions, the formation and conversion of private companies into public, shareholding structures, and drafting various article of association and memoranda of association. She has also advised on many transactions regarding joint ventures, takeovers, mergers and acquisitions of both listed and non-listed companies and led due diligence teams for the purpose of issuing bonds both in Thailand and outside of Thailand.
