Experience and career history

All aspects of litigation and arbitration domestically and internationally, in particular repossession of aircraft, real estate litigation and corporate disputes, has extensive experience in international commercial arbitration. Represented a broad range of clients on national and cross-border matters including international commercial arbitration cases before the LCIA and ICSID. Roman has experience litigating cases before the Russian Federation Constitutional Court and the Russian Federation Supreme Arbitrazh Court.
