Tomasz Janas
Experience and career history
Tomasz Janas has advised various energy sector companies on a number of issues in their day-to-day operations and has advised on a range of transactions in the energy sector, mainly dealing with privatisations, project finance, licences for distribution and trading in electricity and public procurement. During recent years Tomasz has built up a strong Energy Law practice in Warsaw with special focus on green energy, advising both lenders and developers on the largest wind power projects in Poland.
