Agnieszka Wojtasiewicz has considerable expertise in real estate law and has vast experience in the retail sector. Agnieszka's extensive experience includes:  the acquisition and disposal of various types of real properties (e.g. hypermarkets, shopping  galleries, warehouse / office and industrial properties), sale and lease-back transactions involving shopping centres,  warehouses, lease of hypermarkets, warehouses and office premises, advising on transaction structures, advising investors on reprivatisation and post-reprivatisation issues associated with the acquisitions, advising on property management agreements.
