Experience and career history
Vincent Hatton specialises in international and domestic securitisation and structured finance transactions across a range of asset classes, including trade receivables, corporate loans and real estate loans with a particular focus on whole business and corporate securitisation. His experience includes advising arrangers and originators on public and private financings, asset-backed commercial paper conduit financings and real estate financings.
