Advises German and international investment funds and companies in all aspects of regulatory law and the structuring and distribution of products.
Advises banks and capital markets participants in all aspects of German and international capital markets law and on the structuring and documentation of derivatives, hedge funds and index linked certificates. Advises also on emissions trading.
Experience of the listing of exchange-traded-funds, in the establishment of credit institutions and branches in Germany (including aspects of cross-border-business).
