Susanne Lachmann specialises in estructurings under the German Transformation Act, corporate law, M&A.
Susanne advises national and foreign large and medium-sized clients regarding the foundation of companies of any legal form and the structuring of their corporate situation in Germany as well as domestic and cross-border acquisitions and dispositions of corporations.
Susanne has special experience in the reorganisation of groups of companies, in particular transformations under the German Transformation Act, as well as long-term advice of corporations regarding all fields of corporate law.
