Experience and career history
Advises on German and European procurement law, and public law. Principally in the areas of PPP, healthcare, energy, local public transport and waste disposal. Represents clients in tender review proceedings before awards chambers and awards senates of the Higher Regional Courts.
Experienced in advising bidding consortia and contracting entities in relation to PPP public building construction engineering projects, e.g. in the area of clinical treatment centers, schools and state prisons. Advises pharmaceutical producers and producers of medical aid and healthcare products in relation to public tenders by hospitals, buying syndicates and public health insurance companies. Furthermore experienced in procurement law advice to privately and publicly controlled energy supply companies, in particular on the acquisition/disposal of shares and rendering advice on power plant projects. Advises bidders and contracting authorities on the participation in and/or preparation and implementation of tender proceedings across Europe in the areas of local public transport and waste disposal.
