Michaela Matthes-Branscheid advises a broad range of clients in the areas of corporate law on company acquisitions (M&A), corporate finance and private equity transactions, with particular expertise in the insurance sector and dealing with the needs of French clients.
Michaela represents clients on national and cross-border acquisitions and sales of companies as well as in connection with restructuring measures and other areas of corporate law.
