Tax advisor.

Worked at the Hessian financial authorities from 1960 until 2003 (during the last years head of the subject area at the large operations and groups auditing department in Frankfurt am Main, in charge of financial instutions taxation.)

Tax advisor at Clifford Chance since 2003

Member of several committees and working groups.

Outside the financial authorities lecturer for the chamber of tax advisors in Hessen (Steuerberaterkammer Hessen), the tax academy in Hessen (Steuerakademie in Hessen) as well as the institute of tax advisors in Hessen (Institut der Steuerberater) for several decades. In addition, guest lecturer at Verwaltungsfachhochschule in Rotenburg a.d.F. for professional training of tax auditors for large operations (subject-matter: Corporation Income Tax law, statutory provisions relating to the preparation of tax balance sheets, environmental tax law) as well as at the Federal Finances Academy (Bundesfinanzakademie) in Brühl on special issues of Corporat Income Tax law).
