Her expertise includes in particular the advice of pharmaceutical companies in regulatory, contractual, advertising and distribution matters.

She is experienced in national and cross-border healthcare-related transactional advice and has worked on a number of high-profile M&A transactions, initial public offerings for bio-technology based companies, as well as on international partnering projects, including R&D cooperative relationships.
