Kenneth Leung
Experience and career history
Kenneth Leung leads our non-contentious Tax, Pensions and Employment practice in Hong Kong. Kenneth specialises in corporate and international tax planning and stamp duty. He has worked on many mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, funds formation, direct investments and compensation structuring.
Kenneth has been a member of the Hong Kong Inland Revenue's Board of Review for over eight years. He is named as one of the Global Top 250 tax advisers in the Tax Directors Handbook - one of only four Hong Kong advisers listed.
