Jane Ann Gray's principal areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, business structuring and restructuring including schemes of arrangement, capital raisings, corporate regulation including for listed entities, and the legal aspects of the tax consolidations regime, in particular, tax sharing and funding arrangements.
