Experience and career history

Jodi Griffiths advises on general compliance arrangements (including anti-money laundering matters) and on the financial services regulatory aspects of new business start-ups, M&A transactions, novel financial products, and regulatory investigations. She has also advised a number of financial services regulators on their legal frameworks, and is currently advising a number of international banks and investment banks on setting up in the United Arab Emirates and/or the Dubai International Financial Centre.

Jodi has spent periods on secondment with the Luxembourg office of Clifford Chance with the regulated funds practice and with the Barclays General Counsel's Office in London advising on banking compliance matters.
